Volunteer information for Senior Night...Date for Senior night 2026-27 TBD

Senior Night committee chair: Melissa Smith


Senior Night committee description: Mid August – Senior Night event This chair coordinates all senior night events for marching band, communicates with senior families regarding photos and on field events. They set up and tear down the day of and collaborate with officers and directors. Needs: 12 volunteers for event night, grade 9-11 parents only


Volunteer Details:

  • Volunteers should arrive at the BPHS lobby for setup.
  • Between 5:00 PM – 5:30 PM, we’ll distribute packages (information/photo) and flowers to seniors and their families/guardians. M&M will also be taking photos.
  • There will be stations for check-in, flower pinning, water and photos.
  • After taking care of the seniors and their family/guardians, volunteers will be released.

Halftime Recognition Ceremony:

  • During halftime, one chair and an assistant will help seniors or family/guardians during the on-field recognition ceremony.
  • The yearbook chair and other photographers will take photos of seniors on the field.
